The following is the published content of the Triskele Press Network Membership Agreement  for participating Journalists under nonprofit services of Azure Lorica. Complete forms must be mailed to the following address:

The parties desire to collaborate in the publication of Triskele Press, on the terms below:

1) The SUPERVISING OFFICER must be available to stay in contact with JOURNALIST(S) in the duration of each production;

2) The JOURNALIST(S) must have a blog. Blog will be used to connect all posts into Triskele Press’ Network;

3) The JOURNALIST(S) and the SUPERVISING OFFICER must have a tangible documentation of any informal agreements made between parties;

4) The JOURNALIST(S) acknowledges their produced and/or published posts or media will be viewed by the subscribers of Triskele Press’ Network in the duration of production(s);

5) The JOURNALIST(S) representing Triskele Press, as crew, at client’s event are required to coordinate with SUPERVISING OFFICER in the duration of production(s);

6) Nondisclosure Agreements are necessary before JOURNALIST(S) commit to any production event;

7) Triskele Press may, but is not obligated to provide Press Passes to production event(s). Please contact SUPERVISING OFFICER to discuss alternative options, if necessary;

8) There must be a Principal Representative, if there is more than one participating JOURNALIST under the Triskele Press Network Membership Agreement;

9) The JOURNALIST(S) acknowledges all published posts in Triskele Press’ Network will be considered for republishing in other projects under Azure Lorica, as inkind donation of services;

10) The JOURNALIST(S) may submit original content for magazine publishing under Triskele Press, directly to Triskele Press Committee, with formal proposal;

11) The JOURNALIST(S) posting at xtra.triskelepress.com must publish five blog posts within one season, to access featured section of xtra.triskelepress.com;

12) The JOURNALIST(S) must be notified of any artistic alterations concerning JOURNALIST(S)’ posts. Triskele Press and its SUPERVISING OFFICER(S) are not in liberty to alter JOURNALIST(S)’ original or shared posts and content. The JOURNALIST(S) holding Creative Commons and Copyrights to their posts must give permission to any artistic alterations by Triskele Press and its SUPERVISING OFFICER(S);

13) The SUPERVISING OFFICER(S) may reserve the right to remove and/or delete any content in Triskele Press’ Network, in defense of Triskele Press’ Brand Integrity;

14) The JOURNALIST(S) and SUPERVISING OFFICER must read, review, and abide by the provisions of the Triskele Press Network Membership Agreement;

15) The JOURNALIST(S) and SUPERVISING OFFICER must read, review, and abide by the provisions of NinjaCon’s Press Policy;

16) The JOURNALIST(S) and SUPERVISING OFFICER must read, review, and abide by the provisions of NinjaCon’s Guest Policy;

17) The SUPERVISING OFFICER is responsible for providing water beverages to present JOURNALIST(S) on set, in the duration of production event;

18) Both parties allow the SUPERVISING OFFICER to share copies of Triskele Press Network Membership Agreement to the Triskele Press Committee and its Board of Directors in Azure Lorica;

19) Both parties will have the right to be released of contract if either parties collaboration is unsatisfactory in the duration of production. Content shared through Triskele Press’ Network prior to either party’s release of the Triskele Press Network Membership Agreement may not be removed, without permission of Triskele Press Committee.
